CANCELLATION POLICY

Please let us know if you can’t make your appointment. We require 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations/amendments otherwise a 50% charge may apply. The fee will be charged to the credit card on file or on your next visit.

A 50% deposit is required when booking Keratin treatments and hair extensions, you will be asked for a credit card number upon booking your appointment.

RUNNING LATE

If you find you are running late, we recommend you call to determine if we can hold your appointment. We’ll always do our best to accommodate if you’re running late but arriving more than 15 minutes behind schedule means we might have to adjust your service or reschedule.

PET POLICY

As much as we love our furry companions, it violates the Health Protection and Promotion Act. Service animals described in subsection 80.45 of Ontario Regulation (Integrated Accessibility Standards) made under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 are allowed.
